I apologize if this has been explained already, but what exactly is CUT10? I know it was supposed to be a scene for when Lara woke up in the compound (according to the script), but is there actually anything seen? Any actual cutscene or something?

No. It's a broken/unfinished file connected to nothing. Totally unused.

Interesting. I initially thought it may be a TR3 version of when Lara wakes up in Offshore Rig, except it’d be in the compound. It is weird that they just have a random file though. Maybe there was an actual, fullblown cutscene planned.

Apparently there was - I heard a rumor and saw a video (which has been deleted for some time) which shown an animation of Lara waking up and there was a note that this was taken from the original HSC level file viewed with TRViewer.
So in case someone wants to check it, go on! (And make another video for future generations)

Oh wow, that might actually be it. Not worth an entire loaded cutscene, so they scrap CUT10, then decide it's just too similar to Offshore Rig, so they scrap it altogether. That's very interesting.

He already showcase the entire beta of TR3 but still don't share a download link, so...
