I tried to trigger it, but it seem to be not working :S
First of all, thanks for the screenshots about the diving suit, that tiny deatil does make a difference!

I know nothing about programming as such, but those filenames are really obvious, I think.
Every secret GPS and location related collectable stuff got deleted, which could unlock some extras, and savepoints/checkpoints.

TSVID2 could be a teaser video for angel of darkenss, since there was two of them: the live action one, one animated.
MOVIE could be a trailer of AJ's movie, since it got released around that time, if I remember correctly...
TP_ROLL...maybe a roll of toilet paper?

Much better. I can see them now.

As a curiosity, this forum has its own photo upload/embed feature. Why not use that? Then the links never die.

What's the process like - because for example for prototypes I generated map files from the macos version using IDA and then used them with conjunction the PC version and IDC to produce C header files with fully prototyped (except the return value) functions which I used in my source code.

Point is - the process was fully automated and I highly doubt you hand check 1200 so I'm curios just.
