*TRU Lara* "No....no, no, no..." Tell me they're not using this **** in RE3R?

Glad I haven't pre-ordered, the demo was nothing special. I don't like Jill's attitude and dialogue. The streets, nothing is recognizable to me. Nemesis was not scary. He feels flat (don't know what I mean by that).
Carlos seems like he is done well (minus the hair).
Also people saying the game is the same length as RE2r, which was short. It's not worth the price tag.

I'm just gonna treat this as its own game, not a remake (which it never was anyway, its a reimaginging.. which means they can take more liberties)
This is TRA all over again..
Sure it was a naff TR1 remake in terms of changes.. but I liked it none the less.. one of my fave from LAU

Oh that facility, Thanks for clearing that up.

What if they've removed it anyway

Do we know if there are any unlockable modes once the game is complete? I'm sure someone said mercenaries was cut (knew it would be).

Hopefully the water test puzzle or some variation of it won't be in the game.
I do not remember that puzzle being so bad. It wasn't great sure but I wouldn't say it is as bad as you make it sound. That said I didn't like how slow it operated. The beeping was more like a hearing test.

Resident Evil 3 is one of my two favorites of the series. Here's hoping they don't screw it up.

I remember the very first time I tried the water treatment puzzle. It must've took me almost 2 hours to figure it out lol. It probably takes me 5 minutes at most on subsequent walkthroughs. Not one of my favorite puzzles, but I have a soft spot for it.

The Past/Present/Future puzzle in the Clock Tower and the vaccination synthesis puzzle in the Hospital can go die in a fire.

No explorable Clock Tower and no Dead Factory. That’s a big letdown for me, but we’ll see.

I can't lie, I was expecting the Clock Tower to be completely missing. It's massively disappointing that the Clock Tower isn't a whole region in itself (would have made the game longer as well) but it could be worse. An epic fight in front of it was part of what made the original memorable and I'm glad that's kept in at least. As for the dead factory, I'm curious to what's replaced it. Don't spoil me please, I've spoiled enough

I dont understand the reasoning behind changing and removing all these environments. Someone needs to tell Capcom that's not how you do a remake.
