Cliffside Bunker Missing Wall Elements and Floors - Can't Progress

Ok, I've been playing an old resave and this is the first time this has happened to me in the game. I'm trying to get 100% completion.

I load it up today, crawl through the hole in the wall and see walls and floors missing. The elements aren't there as Lara will just fall through until she either dies or you exit.

I've gone as far as reinstalling the game, restarting the game, reloading the save file. Unfortunately, I don't have another save file to test out.

Am I screwed here?

Update: Somehow after reinstalling and restarting everything, it is now loading properly.
