Tomb Raider 3 without healcrystals - Page 4

I simply started a new game, went to the first location of a crystal (the second secret) & looked up. Can you not see it?

No idea what's going on there or why the game does this, but I've changed the original crystal's Y axis from 300 (which was already ridiculous) to even more ridiculous 700 lul.

Uploaded this single level (Jungle.tr2), could you check if the crystal is still there? It if isn't, I'll update the entire package and reupload it.

The crystal/object is not visible in that location now. It still appears high up at certain angles where the 3rd secret is.

Another is visible if you look up from the crystals location within the area you flood that also contains the two tigers. It's not a problem though.

Christ, how is this **** even possible... it must be some engine quirk which we haven't been aware of, because the Y axis value is so ridiculous it's unreal.

That makes my life a tad more complicated.

I'll try putting an even more retarded value and hope the game doesn't crash.

EDIT: There. Y axis 3000. You asked for this, game. Reuploaded Jungle level file. If it's still visible now, then clearly it has to be sorcery.

If this helps, I'll update every other level.

Excellent job Sardoc, now just wear sunglasses whilst playing it and you've got a near copy of the PS1 version of Tomb Raider III!

That's easy

Just put it on Gamma 2 or 1

And just save where save crystals are and there you go

Yeah.. its called the PSX version LOL

I always thought the collecting Save Crystals was cooler than the weird full health regen, which made the PC version easier

Now back to business. Can someone please download this updated Jungle.tr2 file and confirm that the crystals are or are not gone for good?
