Default If Core Design members were to reunite and launch a new game on kickstarter...

...and by that i mean a new IP (with a new main character) that was similar to classic Tomb Raider in terms of gameplay and had cel-shaded graphics,would you be interested enough in order to pledge for it?

Ideally the team would be comprised of all the people who worked on TR1-AoD.

No. Because it would feel like a knock-off of TR, made by the ‘real’ devs or not. But why no AoD II and AoD III (with III being the definitive final adventure of Classic Lara, returning back to roots [Globetrotting, Croft Manor, Tombs] and all...)? ^.^

Not sure about the cel-shading (I'm not necessarily against it but I don't see why it would have to be cel-shaded) but yes, I would definitely pledge!

Cell-shading was a random suggestion, and often its a cheap way of hiding bad graphics behind it being a style, so not to that, but yes to everything else.

Honestly, I liked AoD's graphics and art style. Just do that but with higher polycounts (no weird boxy fingers, please).

Honestly this, yes. Idk why some people think cell-shaded is the best for modern classic TR. (Not saying the OP thought this, though.)

I think it's impossible since all of them left the video game industry.

Also making a classic style TR game is too risky since that game has to surpass TR Level Editor.(Since if it doesn't then classic fans will bash it for being inferior to TR LE)

Cell-shade as in comic book style? Nah. But semi realistic with cartoony-ish proportion is still fine, just not straight up make it look like a children's coloring book.

And I mean, Outerworld exists as a spiritual successor to fallout and it was made by ex devs who worked on fallout. Although...

Most of them have retired by now or have stopped working in the industry. Technology have moved on a lot from 2003, and they were not able to keep up back then. I don't see this working out.
