Default General Ratchet and Clank Thread

This is the thread to talk about Ratchet and Clank the two duo heroes that have saved the galaxy over and over again.

The new game looks so good
Here is a new trailer from gamescon (POSSIBLE SPOILERS about Clank)

I'm quite new to the series.I have only played Quest for Booty which i loved and that made me buy Tools of Destruction as well.
I'm currently playing TOD and although i overall enjoy the game it starts to feel a bit repetitive after a while (i think i'm near the end.)
What i really loved in the games i played was Insomniac's sense of humour which is not surprising for the developers of the first three Spyro games.

I'll probably buy A Crack in Time but much later when its price drops.:/

Great new trailer!
I love R&C!
I only started with Tools of Destruction on PS3, and fell head over heels in love with it. I then proceeded to feel the same way about Quest for Booty.

I've played a few of the others, but none have kept my attention as much as the most recent. I can't wait for Crack in Time, though.

I never liked it. I bought Ratchet and Clank on PS2, played five minutes worth, and never picked it up again. Thank God I only paid $5 for it.

I'm not too fond of Ratchet and Clank. A bit too repetitive for my liking, and I'm not too keen on the setting, either. I much prefer the Spyro and Resistance series.

Perhaps if you played for more than 5 minutes you might grow to like it?

I remember I had all the games for Ps2, including Deadlocked. I loved them all except for some reason I really didn't like the first and never finished the third one . The second one I played for more then 2 years getting all the weapons .

Never bought the Ps3 ones, except Quest for Booty which was fun . Hopefully this one will get me into it again.

This is the only game Id ever consider a PS3 for.
Nothing else is of much interest to me.
Size Matters was terrible on PS2, best game in the series was Up Your Arsenal.

Third one is the best and the funniest one.
