Arsunt, could you share an updated version for ffplay.dll? (If there is one to share)
I'm using the latest version you shared with Tomb2Main patch, but my FMV sequences looks a little "slow" (with stuttering or something like that). |

Hi, i'm having a problem in my TR2G level when Bilinear is On.
There is texture bleeding like this: ![]() Even with padding in TombEditor set with a high value ( 8, even with 10 it happens ). The texture next to the "green roots" gets mixed with the red variant i'm using. Every texture is properly aligned. ![]() I personally never use Bilinear, but one of my testers does and saw this so i'm reporting. Already played with compile options such as "Aggressive texture packing" etc. on and off and nothing. ![]() |

Hi,
I'm trying to use TR2Main with SteamDeck via Proton and I'm having a weird audio issue. CD Audio tracks (ambient music, Lara's tutorial sentences, etc.) start to play but cutoff early. Only when the next track is started, the final part of the previous one plays before the new one starts. It feels like an audio buffer is not properly flushed. Has anyone experienced this/can someone provide a solution? I'm using the cdaudio.mp3 option, btw Edit: I'm using the version from Lutris and that seems tobwork perfectly ![]()

Thanks very much to a poster somewhere here I came across which finally helped my issue/and can confirm atleast one other.
The instance in custom levels where, individual music tracks (ogg/wma) method simply wouldn't play. Only the more classical big cdaudio.mp3 works. The TR series full screen border fix is what causes the problem. For whatever reason. Uninstalling the fix, music works flawlessly! Sadly that leaves some of the classic tr games with the border problem again. There may be a more recommended way to do so, but what I've done is I hex edited the border fix .sdb file and changed mentions of tomb2.exe to tomb7.exe just for example.. it doesn't exist. Then run the installer bat. We now have the border fix installed for all the classics omitting tr2. It seems tr2main doesn't require the border fix anyway so, all is well! |
