Some of you might know this, because there was a thread like this before on the forums. But for those of us, who are into techno, a so called "DJ Tiesto" did a remix of this song once, called "A Tear In The Open" - I think you could put it in the "Trance"-genere. It sounds quite good, actually

Sorry to dig up this old thread. I would like to express my thanks for the information. I also have a question. I listened to another version of Ailein Duinn, but didn't feel the resemblance. Does anybody feel that way?

Only a small portion of Ailein Duinn is in the TR Legend soundtrack. So it's no surprise that those two aren't similar.
