I unlocked the Cistern level and I am at a point where The Palace of Midas became not easy but really doable. It's just that watery boss that is so strong it's annoying, you must have like 100 000 PV to not die in a second for one small mistake.

I feel like the more you play a level in a day, the less you get stickers and items. Like I could do the Palace of Midas and got zero items

But from what you say here, I might be wrong about this.

Also, the netflix version started crashing again for me. Like maybe 3 times in 24 hours. I think there's something going wrong inside the app when you play a lot and it is installed for some time.

Is it my device or has this game just become unplayable?

I have a Nokia X10 (2.0 Ghz processor, 6GB RAM) and the game played absolutely fine until three weeks ago.

Now it takes an average of SEVEN minutes just to load the main menu, TWO to THREE minutes to load each level and almost THIRTY seconds just to load the loading screens.
This is mental. Relic Run loads faster than this on the same device.

Also, I just cannot advance in the game anymore. The game crashes EVERY time it tries to load an ad (meaning I'm cut off from free goodies from Winston, the Bonus Lucky Wheel, the daily free crate and the hourly free coins) and crashes at least four times out of five when the game is trying to load back to the main menu after I finish or die in a stage. If I've died in a stage and the game has crashed, the game has an auto-save feature that makes me replay the last stage I was in before the crash (after a long-ass loading, of course). However, if I finished the stage, the game gets confused and the auto-save feature tries to load a nonexistent stage after the last stage of the level, soft-locking in a never-ending loading loop.

Basically, I "finished" the Colosseum almost six times, but every time the game tried to load back to the main menu, it crashes making me lose all the progress, all the points and all the gadgets acquired.

This is sooooo awful ! Did you try to uninstall the app and install it again ? Make sure you are connected with you're Google Play account. Each time the app is crashing or loading too slow, I do that and it fixes the issue for at least a week. It's annoying but necessary in this state.

Also, we you restart the app and you don't see your gears, don't worry, you just have to equip them again.

The game relies on a stable internet connection to load the menus and to be able to play the game, so if you don't have a stable internet connection then the game will take how ever long it would take to download 1MB. It has little to do with specs when it comes to loading the game, the specs are just for how smooth the game will run when your playing a level.

I'm always playing in the same spot and it goes slower and slower with each day. So while you're right and it uses internet connection to load, I think specs play an important role in the loading time too.

I'm starting to wonder if the game gets slower when you have a lot of stuff in your inventory. It seems to get worse when I haven't disassembled items in a while.

But yeah mine is taking like a minute or 2 to load the menu it's quite annoying. I would give up if it was 7 minutes though that's disgusting!

I don't understand how the weekly crates work it seems like it doesn't give you enough points to collect the prize before it resets. Maybe I'm just missing some days but their "week" seems more like 4 days to me.

I thought that inventory clogging was causing loading issues too. So I merged everything I had but it didn't improve anything.
Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and that fixed the problem. My bootup loading screen was instantaneous.

Two weeks or so later my game is starting to open slower and slower every day and my inventory is not getting clogged this time. Will have to do another reinstallation any day now to fix the problem.

How did everyone get on with the previous event? I felt the drop rate was too low so I got bored pretty quickly and gave up, and missed out on the classic outfit pieces.

I've got to admit, I am getting quite bored of playing the same levels over and over. These events expect you to sit for hours repeating the same thing in order to earn any reward. It would be great to see something more creative.

The Drop rate could be higher yeah...not necessary in terms of gear, but coins and books.

My main problem currently is that the game for no real reason, takes 2-3 minutes to load...that is annoying as hell.
Other than that, its the usual time consuming Smartphone game.

Im not aiming for getting everything or the highest rewards in events.
I go in, get my daily stuff and slowly level up...that is fine with me.
