I wonder what could be the reason why some of the things were not in the final release. One can say that there was no time to finish them but then the illustrious kick over knight animation worked well in E3 2002 but time was wasted to delete it from the final release and make some poor traps.

It looks like the same green things from bio-research but yellow
They have been probrably been replaced with these green mutants
Sometimes the producers think something is not good enough them replace it

The one you're talking about was in another area
The greenhouse level with the glass tubes wich break and beetles come out ventilation ducts.

In that bio complex level i never kill the zombie in the room with the incubation tanks otherwise I'd have a hard time beating that level without dying or using any health packs on first go if i had to fight those beetles.

I have checked Aquatic Research Area and that single enemy is deactivated but it is still there. I am sure sasho648 could activate it if someone would ask.

But then again... We're talking about AOD here. So i disclose nothing.

Thanks for the video. Obviously they have been desactived because they didn't worked well in the game. They are doing nothing when Lara hits them.
But it's a shame. This level is kinda empty and I think this would have add something !
