So I have worked it out.
In TR there are 10 numbers that are interesting to this statue.

No1: The number of enemy that the raptor is when you first see the raptor in TR1.
No2: Same as no1 but the for TR Anniversary.
No3: Same as no1 but without the npc FMV wolf kills.
No4: Same as no2 but without the sequence wolf kills.
No5: The numbers in your inventory for the items that you can gather in TR1. (Collected to place 5.)
No6: Same as no5 but for TR Anniversary. (Collected to place 6).
No7: The amount of raptors that you can encounter in TR1.
No8: Same as no7 but for TR: Anniversary.
No9: Number 1.
No10: The last number, 950, if that is the last one....

What do you guys think?
Would this change the value too?

Yes, there have been tons of cancellations, so they are reselling the cancelled pre-orders.

I wonder if I need to pay import fees. Im from the Netherlands. The warehouse is in the country I life.

I'm not sure, honestly. I don't think it matters where in the EU the warehouse is, though. Either all of us will have to pay the import fee into the EU, or none of us will.
Luckily for you, the delivery from the warehouse might be way cheaper for you than it will be for me.

Saw this doing the rounds on Twitter. Not sure if it's someone making their own or this is actually what it looks like. If so, they really dropped the ball. $1500? Eugh.

1700 with shipping. I really hope it's just bad lighting but those teeth are ridiculous and not like the original sculpt. I kinda want to cancel mine but worried this isn't typical of what it will look like. I hope some more pics come out before they charge me.
