Default Bartoli's Hideout shortcut?

Hi!
I'm certain somebody must have found this shortcut. But I must say that I'm impressed!
I've been playing TRII for more than 10 years and had never found it until today. TRII still surprises me.

Anyway, here's the shortcut:

At first I was like "lol that's how I always do it".

Then she dropped down and seemed to clip forward somehow? I'm guessing it maybe has to do with when the grab animation is triggered, but wow does it look weird.

You make it by doing the safety drop move but you release Action before she grabs the edge and then she falls on the platform she wouldn't be normally able to grab. It has been known for years. Like the fact that you can complete "Bartoli's Hideout" without blowing out the building at the end. (When I saw the title of this thread, I thought that it would be about skipping the explosion.)

It looks more like a safer, more consistant, way of getting there, but glitchless speedrunners just jump from the middle chandelier.

The glitched ones just skip the area altogether unless their going for all secrets.

Yeah, if you hold down grab while hopping off backwards from a ledge, Lara will have forward momentum. If you delay the grab just enough, you can get into spots underneath a ledge.

I'm aware, that this is probably well within the rules of a glitchless run - but it sounded funny in my head.
