Default Rotating carpet problem

Hi everyone

I know that Lara can be transported by a rotating belt through the use of 2 Triggers 134 and 57, in fact for Lara it works perfectly.

In my project I would like to slide an object on the rotating carpet as if it were Lara.

I don't know if I explained myself well, that is, I would like to move the Rover moved by the rotating belt:

Question: can it be done? has anyone already solved this problem?

Hello and thanks

To move objects you can either use

Parameters=PARAM_MOVE_ITEM Script Command.

or "Move" Action Triggers. But as far as I know they can only be used with Moveables.

If you want to move Statics, the PARAM_MOVE_ITEM Command should be used.

Hello
I found the code and it is:
Parameters=PARAM_ROTATE_ITEM, IdParamList, FlagsRotation (FROT_),
ItemIndex, DirHRotation (ROTH_...),
HRotationAngle, SpeedHRotation, DirVRotation (ROTV_..),
VRotationAngle, SpeedVRotation, MovingSound, FinalSound

But I can't set the parameters which are complex

Question: Can you help me?

Hi and thanks for replying

Do you want to move or rotate?

Because the one you listed is for rotating objects.

Yeah, the script commands seem to be a bit complex at first.

you can click on "Expand info" . And then you have to go through every single syntax and flag. Mostly you can click "IGNORE" if you don't want to use it at all.

There is also a Tutorial here on trf about it.

Hello
I will briefly explain to you what I would like to do in my level.

On a rotating carpet on an inclined plane and I would like to bring down a Jeep together with Lara, while for Lara with 2 Triggers 134 and 57 the movement for the Jeep does not take place because the plane is inclined and the front wheels are raised and not along the inclined plane:
Question: did I explain myself well?

I tried to set the parameters but I would need an example to understand how it makes a Jeep move along an inclined plane.

Note: if we can hear from you by e-mail, if it is not a problem for you, I could send you Screenshots or videos, my e-mail is: franco.buzzi50@libero.it

Hello and thanks

So, in principle, its like a loading ramp from a plane, right?

So it's the Jeep vehicle and same slot and you also want her sitting in the Jeep, while it slides down?

Hello
YES, it's like a loading ramp from an airplane when unloading luggage.

Lara along the ramp already descends to the end via 2 Triggers 134 and 57 and works well, instead as you can see from the video, she is stationary and also has the front wheels raised and is not good.

Ok, now I understand.

Sorry, then it's more complicated than I thought, because the Jeep must follow the ramp down.

And my method would move it only horizontally or vertically, but the Jeep has to move continuously in horizontal and vertical direction.

Maybe someone else would know a working method.

Hello
the problem is precisely the movement of a jeep on an inclined plane.

Hopefully someone has the solution.

Anyway thanks for your interest.
