Omg great idea!

I have been procrastinating for so long it is not even funny. I am an ectomorph too, very skinny and I have a lot of difficulty to eat more. I am going to a doctors appointment next week so I can do it all properly.

I actually have struggled a lot with this kind of stuff, it is so frustrating. But now I have more inspiration to keep trying

Thanks for this, hope more people get on bord. I swear I will do my best

What a great thread idea!

Lara was always my fitness inspiration since childhood but ever since I reached my 20s I've gotten a little doughier Hopefully my muscles still have the memory of what they once were
Personally, I hike a lot so I'm happy with my butt and legs but my neglected arms are like noodles My goal is to be able to lift my own weight and Croft my way onto ledges by the end of summer

Yaaaas! So funny that you created this thread because I'm on my second week of going back to gym in years, and whenever I feel like it's too much I just tell myself "WOULD LARA FREAKIN CROFT QUIT?!"

For now I'm doing Monday, Wednesday and Friday working on each body part at least once, just so I get used to it and feel comfortable in the gym, soon I'll start breaking down my workouts though and focus on specific muscle groups. I finish it off with 15 min cardio, which is kicking my butt.

I can't wait for the Tomb Raider Suite so I can have my ultimate gym playlist!

Nice idea Mel. I started getting in shape in January and so far I’ve lost 10kg so I’m very happy about it. I wish I could exercise more. And I could but I need to change my mentality. Changing the way I used to ate was a big accomplishment for me.

I love the idea, but I think I'll opt out. Maybe next time.

However, I do plan on trying to gain more athletic legs over the course of this summer, so maybe I'm going halfway? Idk, but it should be fun as long as it works out.
