Problem with numeric keypad

Hi everyone

I downloaded from BTB2018 SPACE a very nice numeric keypad and different from the classic keypad.

Given that with the old keypad all works well, with the new one I can't get it to work.

Question: Is there anyone willing to help me understand why it doesn't work?

Note: I asked the author of the object for help but he didn't even answer me.
