You just used that crappy cartoon filter didn't you?

Everyone knows if you want that effect that everything needs to be hand painted(or tablet in this case).

Someone actually managed an official looking cell shaded character, I forget who, but I saw it, it was awesome.

Filters aren't possible yet at all in TRLE, TREP or TRNG

Ohhhh~

I wish the screen itself had a filter.
Then I could get away with Black and White and then Grain.

I relight some rooms of the Peru level, I know that is not very good, but I think it has improved ... what do you think?

The last two look good (although you need to correct some things like stretched textures and object lighting, you also need a light source for the lights) but the first two screens still look bland, the lighting makes no sense (again, where is the light source?) and the geometry looks plain and some textures looks stretched.

Btw, never use shadow bulbs!
Just make a room darker then use a light bulb to add lights!

I understand now ... I always wore shadow bulbs for the rooms go dark!
Well, actually I've never been interested in lighting, thought it was not so important ... But now I know that it makes much difference!

(and for the thousandth time, my english is terrible because I'm from Brazil and I'm still learning english ...)

Lighting is one of the most crucial things in level editing. Haven't you read the manual at all?

Um... I don't see why you would bring this up since no one made a comment on your so far. I don't see any particular flaws, I can read your english just fine.
