It's not working because it's a command line exe. You must run it all via cmd/.bat file using typed commands as per the TRMOD readme. It does not have a GUI with buttons and such

Hey everyone,

I'm pleased to say that I finally finished a new version of TRMOD. The current build supports Tomb Raider 1, 2 and 3 on PC.
It can be downloaded from my website (b122251.org) under Tomb Raider->Tools.

Please read the readme before using!
