So, I've read through most issues of the old Tomb Raider Top Cow comics, but I feel like there's a lot of stuff I'm missing?
Is there a list somewhere of which issues of WitchBlade/Magdalena/other stuff feature Lara Croft? Because right now, it just seems like the old TR comic just has these weird stretches where suddenly, Lara's talking about all this stuff she did in America and I'm just like????

That helped a massive amount, thankyou!
I do remember reading the first Tomb Raider / Witchblade comic back when it came out - I'm really surprised how committed they were to incorporating Lara into this wider universe... Overall, I've had fun with the Top Cow comics, although honestly, I feel like after Pieces of Zero, a lot of plot threads are completely discarded...

That's because the creative team/writer changed after Pieces of Zero. Which is a shame, really, as imo the earlier run written by Dan Jurgens is definitely the best. The following issues were hit or miss.

That...makes a lot of sense!
I mean, we never see Sam Quill again, or Madeline, or any mention of the Midnight Squires, and despite Lara being supposedly gutted about Chase, well...she goes through at least two other "boyfriends" (and one pilot) who die tragically. To be honest, the Dan Jurgens run might be my favorite, because despite some occasional jank / weirdness, it feels pretty consistent with itself, and like it's building towards something bigger.

There's also a crossover with 'The Darkness' that's not mentioned in the above link
Edit: And also the 'Endgame' Saga, which spans Tomb Raider #25, Witchblade #60, and EVO #1

Two issues later, Sam Quill uses his arcane knowledge to summon pull Lara from the future back to the past. This is the last time we ever see Madeline, Quill, or really, anything that's been mentioned or alluded to in the entire first twenty issues (aside from a one-shot where a spirit briefly transforms itself into Chase). The next arc is about a group of immortal demons/asuras, one of whom is a winged adventurer whose travel books are the reasons Lara wanted to raid tombs. Also, Lara hooks up with an immortal(?) Tibetan warrior who falls for her because "she smells nice". I really kind of want to try to make a write-up/video about this, because it's honestly kind of fascinating in an odd way.
