I'm currently playing Shadow of the Tom Raider on a PS5, and I'm stuck on the twin pillars puzzle in the “Trial of the Serpant” challenge.

Specifically, I ran out of fire arrows, and I'm past the checkpoint in which I had THEM. I'm also out of cloth so I can't create more fire arrows.

Is there anyway to move forward?

I don't want to have to start a new game.

You don't need fire arrows to light the oil pits, if that's what's stopping you. You can use the jaguar head levers instead.
There is also a side room on the left (looking in from the entrance of the two pillar room) side with some pick ups (a bit of cloth among them) if I remember correctly.

Is this the puzzle with the oil? I don't think you need fire arrows, you need to have the oil paths lined up, then pull the level. That's if I'm thinking of the correct puzzle.

You have the right puzzle, but without fire arrows, I can’t burn the pool of blood to let it do down to the channels.

You don't need them. Once the pool of oil and blood has reached the right place, pull the switch with rope arrows. It's not easy to spot at first, but keep looking. I believe rope arrows are infinite if you have arrows.

Once the lever is pulled, the oil should ignite. My mistake, you also need to push the other lever to release the fire. I was going off memory.
