This title sequence is so mesmerising. I really like the take on the music in particular. Its so slow and brooding compared to what we have always had.

Have to be honest I haven't watched it since the ending of series 12 - I started to lose interest during series 11 and found the first Dalek Christmas special Chibnall did boring (the first episode with the Daleks I fell asleep watching).

I thought series 12 as a whole wasn't too bad and actually the beginning of the series did get me invested to watch the final episode but hated the Timeless Child rubbish and haven't seen it since.

Also have seen the trailer for the New Year special and isn't this the third Dalek one in a row now?

Holding out that Russell T Davies will bring it back to the Eccleston and Tennant eras when I really loved the show but not watching it until then.

Amazing episode, Doctor Who has never done a time loop episode before and they nailed it perfectly. Aisling Bea was perfect, the whole comedic tone made the episode even better

And Dan steals the episode again, dodging Dalek weapon fire by side stepping, brilliant move

The 2nd special, 19th century Pirate themed with the return of the Sea Devils

2 More episodes until we say goodbye to Jodie

The Sea Devils ! This is a nice return. They look so cheap though ! The setting looks original.

Hope to see the current episode tomorrow.

I reckon Daleks are bad shots because they don't have depth perception. That doesn't explain Storm Troopers, though. Unless that helmet limits vision.

Well that was pretty bad.

I liked the concept, but the execution wasn't great. I guessed it was the Tardis straight away and I'm surprised it took The Doctor so long. I think the episode could have been set somewhere more interesting than a storage unit with a lot of long straight corridors.

The characters were annoying also. What is it with Chibnall and his obsession with side character romances. I DON'T CARE. The way the episode started with two characters I don't know and care for, I could immediately tell where it was going. He's done it too many times. The ending with them going off traveling together... I don't careeeee.

The whole Yaz liking the Doctor stuff was cringey as usual. All tell and no show.

None of his Dalek New Year episodes have been very good. 2 more episodes left thank god.

I'm not surprised. One of the Flux episodes was the lowest of New Who, but looks like it's been beaten by this latest episode. Lol
