XProger, almost 1,000 public commits to the project!

Thanks, I enjoy playing a level or two here and there on occasion.

Keep it up!

You mean running it in a browser (?) on Switch? There is no actual port yet. It would probably require an actual license in order to get the software over to Switch, unless there is a home-brew program for the platform?

He literally ported it to the switch. There's a video in in the first post:

Ah right! I remember Xproger mentioning Switch before but I thought he hadn't finished anything yet... this is actually really cool.

I still haven't tried this myself properly, only some levels, I need to sit down and attempt a longer playthrough. It already can load TR3 levels and water with coloured lighting looks heavenly...!

Would it be possible to have the braid in every level, or is it just only Lost Valley?

I was wondering if it'd be possible to implement path-traced global illumination into this? Of course it'd be a lot of work, and all textures would require own specular map as well.

Any significant progress made lately? Super excited to give this a shot when it's near/at 1.0.

Seeing these minecraft mods makes me wonder how TR would look with an improved lightning and super HD models and textures. I mean, Minecraft looks amazing without loosing the cubical system. Maybe TR would look good too.

Im posting it here because i think it is imposible to mod the original TR like that because of the Engine, but this is a new Engine and maybe it could handle it.
