Sprint key puts her into reverse mode.
Walk key puts her back into normal mode.
This can only be changed when the jeep is completely stopped (you can brake with Jump).

PC controls are based on PS1 controls, where both Walk and Sprint use L1 and R1 (or L2 and R2, I don't remember).

Oh yes actually you're right, L1 = Look, L2 = Crouch, R1 = Walk, and R2 = Sprint. So jeep controls make even more sense (on PS1 I mean): R1 = Forward and R2 = Backward.
