you need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
scroll a bit to here and choose the one that fits your machine. it's most likely x64. x86 is for 32bit windows. and this helps if you need to check! Last edited by Woops; 07-04-22 at 15:11. |

No luck I installed it and I still get the same errors. I uninstalled/installed the game again in case it needed to "refresh" the install after having done this, but no luck either.

Thank you
is your Windows 64bit? if so, some places recommend installing both x86 and x64, so perhaps try that |

Yes I installed the x86 and it worked! Thank you But now the problem that I have is when I change the resolution the cutscenes play in a small square in the corner of the screen. The game itself shows Fullscreen (although with a white border at the top) but not the cutscenes

Removed link because I've heard it may cause issues on Windows 11. Last edited by ATombRaiderFan; 15-07-22 at 05:39. |

If I use 'No scaling' option then cutscenes would appear as a small square instead. But you might have a different graphic card and thus different settings to try. |

You're doing God's work, Troye Love Lara's head tilt when she pulls out the HK Gun!
Does anyone fancy patching the crawl roll animation into The Thirteenth Floor, to be used in tandem with this patch? Last edited by Teeth; 09-04-22 at 12:26. |
