This is not what I said. I said you can't buy any tshirts from now on. Previously bought tshirts are being shipped.

Who is down for the DA team kickstarting an AOD graphic novel that finishes the story?

No one at the moment. We're all drained (some of us still working on this).

Urgh, so DHL have claimed that they delivered the CD to my address but I have not actually received it.

So contacting their customer service, issue is because you can't actually sign for anything now, it's going to make this harder.

Will see where this goes, but I really would like my CD

Edit:

So when I spoke to Customer Services earlier they said they would have the driver be sent back out, which was confusing since it was marked as being already delivered.

Nothing has come still and was told the driver should be contacting me tomorrow any ways.

I can only think of two things here; either the driver delivered to the wrong address or stole the parcel for himself. It doesn't help that with this pandemic signing is no longer allowed.

Another DHL query. My tracking number not recognised any ideas for those that have used DHL before? My email from Janice arrived yesterday with confirmation of dispatch.

^ Unsure on that one tbh, first time I've had dealings with DHL.

You are putting the full number in here I presume?

Update: I have now received it! ^_^

Seems like potentially the courier delivered to the wrong address and the recipient then delivered it to me.

gioA - it is normal that it's not recognised just yet. The way I do it is - I pack parcels every day, issue labels (this is when you receive an email from Janice) and then on Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday/Friday the courier comes and collects bunches. Yours will be collected on Wednesday when you will be receiving further notification from DHL directly with updates.

Guys, I am not using the forum for customer service stuff. If you have a quiry please use the contact form on our website as I will not be answering quieries here (simply got no time to monitor all channels XD)

Thanks for that.
Sorry for taking up your time. Didn't want to start a mass of messages. You're doing a brilliant job.

I received my CD today!! Gorgeous package. The box art, the sleeves, the CDs themselves. Oh, and the music is nice too.
