I don't think that is supposed to be Lara, but the inspiration the artist took is undeniable. You can see they clearly loved Rise lol
Still, it's interesting to see how Lara could potentially look quality wise in U5. |

It's just a marketplace asset. Unreal and Unity's marketplaces have quite a lot of models based on popular franchises that border on copyright infringement.
 There are quite a few Lara-esque character products out there. |
