I'm so damn mad at the hospital right now I could scream. I'm happy to finally have some answers but I am also very upset and frustrated with the hospital. How the **** could they miss this.
So after all the tests that was done on my mother we finally have some answers. It turns out that the MRI detected possible bleeding on the brain and the doctor suspects that she had a brain hemorrhage when she was admitted to the hospital the first time back in June of last year. This would explain all the changes in her cognitive abilities. He also saw in blood tests that her kidneys aren't working correctly which could be a result of damage to a particular area of her brain. He has ordered a CT scan and has referred her to a neuropsychologist and a physical therapist for the shaking she has in her legs. I'm so mad, how the hell could the hospital miss a brain hemorrhage? I remember a family friend specifically told them to make sure she didn't have a stroke or hemorrhage because she was out of her mind and didn't even know who she was or who I was in the hospital. Like I could kill those doctors who kept telling me it was this and that and all of them missed a brain hemorrhage. I'm glad that she may finally get the help she needs, but damn it I am beyond frustrated and angry at that hospital. I'm glad I took her to get a second opinion because her last doctor would do jack about her condition and kept saying it was just her depression making her forget things and be really confused. Now I know what is really going on and we can finally help her. Last edited by charmedangelin; 25-09-19 at 16:25. |

Thanks guys I am hoping it isn't too late for anything either. I'm worried about how long this has been untreated. Plus I didn't know that people who have one have a higher chance of getting another so I'm really worried about that.
I'm trying to be glad to know something, but the circumstances just really get to me. |

The first few doctors just assumed she was getting old and prescribed her some meds to try to make the symptoms go away. I’m sorry you gotta deal with a similar thing too. It’s always best to get a second opinion when you can, especially if things do not improve. |

I’m feeling ashamed to be a gamer i’ll be honest. Because of the fandoms in G-Rated gaming franchises which is been around since the late 90’s and I’m tempted to find a job as it could distract me and stuff. Last Saturday was great because I went Nightclubbing the first time and that took my mind off things, one friend of mine offered me to go with him and I accepted. Met new people who are really friendly. First experience was great although it wasn’t my thing but it was worth doing so. Went to local fast food place (Next to the nightclub) and all of a sudden some lady twerked in the front of me (Which is embarrassing and funny) Had a good laugh.

Feeling like death. I've been sick for the last 11 days, even though I took antibiotics and did everything else doctor ordered.
I hate coughing fits, esp the ones that make you wheeze, cry and gasp for air. I just hope I don't have pneumonia. |

Feeling a tad concerned about how physically tired I've been after work. Take this week so far. I did three shifts, over Sunday (7 hours, plus travel), Monday (3 hours plus travel) and Tuesday (3 hours, plus travel). That's only 13 hours work plus extra time for travelling to work, which doesn't amount to much. I was exhausted yesterday, feeling dreadful even several hours after I got home. This isn't normal, is it? Admittedly my sleep pattern ranges from 5-7 hours, which isn't great. I feel fine today after 7 hours sleep, but I'm fairly certain I shouldn't have felt that tired after a three hour shift (plus an extra hour of walking as I did a bit of shopping). Gosh knows how I'd cope if I had to do full time or even three 7 hour shifts .
