There's plenty of new info in there, specifically how they got involved in the first place and how they landed on the reboot design, with some cool looks at development footage and design documents along the way. Everything in the documentary was filmed for the documentary so there's no reusing old interviews we've seen before or anything like that. There's not much talk of what's next for the franchise though but it gets a brief moment of discussion towards the end as part of a general what's next for CD as a whole.

I'm really starting to wonder if the anime has been cancelled. We haven't seen any key art or an official logo. Unless it's releasing late 2023.
