It's so odd hearing people just throw out the SJW so flippantly nowadays. Sometimes I feel like people like to say it for anyone who wants to include more human beings that aren't just predominantly white males in a non historical time period.
Idk Neil has always had honest writing because he reads a lot and watches a lot like any artist in any medium should. I wouldn't mind if ND did a TR game, it definitely would have a great story, however ND would just have to change their style of gameplay. The thing with ND tho is they know what they are good at and they stick with tjat and they don't care what other people think. So they probably wouldn't do a TR game unless they really wanted to. |

Absolutely not! I don’t want to play an interactive movie, which is all Naughty Dog seems capable of these days. You think reboot TR has been dumbed down? Have ND develop it and you’d be begging for the reboot back.

All the way NOPE NOPE NOPE. We'd have TR2013 with a better story, Uncharted is not exactly groundbreaking with puzzles and traversal. That would be a nightmare if they took over and turned the series into basically an interactive story.

Absolutely, ND would ruin TR for me.

If they respected the TR recipe and made it into something different than Uncharted and also fun and modern, sure? Their games are always of high quality and the only one that felt a little off for me was Uncharted 3.
I'm sure they're more than capable. |

Nah, it would be everything TR shouldn’t be imo, except maybe the story. The story could potentially be pretty good, but it depends.

I am sure they would be smart enough to respect the TR recepie like you said. UC4 and LL are very inspired by TR already imo, they have more focus on exploration, puzzles and platforming for example. I am tired of all the RPG style anyway, some more inspiration from UC would not hurt either. |

No, I like the fact we're slowly getting away from linear interactive movies with shadow. Eidos Montreal is doing just fine making the game feel like a game again.
