Amazing work! Today is a very memorable day for AOD modding, well done Nakamachi.

I can't wait to see what everyone will do with this

Aaaah. And for me the jump and fall animations. When I convert them to Unity's mecanim the feet rotate towards the back. Easily fixed.
This is absolutely flawless! I can't believe how high the standard was in 2003. These animations are beyond amazing!!!

If you're using Maya, you should be able to mirror it using one of the Bonus Tools.

Nakamichi I am in love! Lara looks absolutely beautiful performing these in Unity.

I'll try get a video up soon so you can see your work in action.

Finally...

And there are many unused animations. Most of them were shown in videos by people playing with the debug mode, but there are some others I don't remember seeing anywhere. Nothing too spectacular, but something like climbing down something as tall as a bin while walking back for example (LARA_STEPDOWN_HLFBLK.FBX)... Maybe I just never managed/bother to trigger them and they're actually used.

What's interesting is that the wake up animation we see at the beginning of Parisian Ghetto is in Lara's animations instead of being a cutscene animation. Maybe it's just to have a smoother transition to the game (no loading time between the animation and the game), but I think it could have been used at more places, as I remember reading (be careful, I don't remember where I've read that) that the player could have chose to sleep. And if this is true, this animation being in Lara's regular animations could be a kind of proof of it.

Thank you so much for your hard work!

The model(s) works perfectly in blender as well!
