They’ve already said that the online mode in Shadow won’t be competitive multiplayer. So that has me scratching my head at what it could possibly be?

It is sort of interesting that he really did not say that that was the budget for the game. The quote came from an interview with Game Industry Biz in which Anfossi was discussing business models
