Access violations in 3D

Hi all.

I've used many different programs and OS' all my life and i'm only coming across this issue now.

Win 7 Ultimate x32 2gbRAM onboard 3150 GMA.

Various 3D programs are giving me issues. DXtre3d, Wadmerger, Rview. Anything that seems to draw on screen that isnt a game. Access Violation of ******** number changing each time. infinite error loop and have to hard close. Never an .exe reference.

I've got all my C++ runtimes up to date. What else could I be missing?

Games run with no issues

I've tried Compatability modes and the newest versions. No TRFers have had this issue according to google
