Default "Control" the game by Remedy Entertainment

So, on August 27th Control the game is finally released. I'm intrigued by this game where something akin to telekinesis is possible in a tesseract-style building of infinite realities.

I think my last forray into object manipulation was on PS2's "Psi Ops". Looking forward to getting my hands on it.

I love this games style and ambition. It's inspired by the "New Weird" genre popularized by books like the Annihilation series. Gonna pick it up next weekend if the reviews are great, which I think they will be.

Can't wait to receive my preordered copy from Amazon. I've been playing Quantum Break recently and loved it, and apparently it's similar in terms of gameplay so I can hardly wait.

I'm so excited for this game. I'm glad that it is doing amazing in reviews.

I'm also excited that they released it in a empty month for Video Games so it wouldn't get overlooked doing the holiday season or next to other big game releases.

The TR marketing team should take notes.

Really enjoying this game. It's exactly how I expected it to play out.

Absolutely adore the bizarro plot and atmosphere, along with the heavy inspiration in David Lynch and House of Leaves, buuuuuuuuuut the gameplay, at least in the opening hours, isn't really anything to write home about. But, it has only been 2 hours or so and I'd JUST only now unlocked a 2nd mode for the turbopistol, so here's hoping things pick up and get a bit more interesting.

If Remedy doesnít fix the fact that PS4/XBOXs FPS is 10fps or Pro/One Xís one is 20fps, the game will feel like another rushed game

So far itís not good for them

The game scored very high. This is a minor inconvenience. I'm playing on PS4 and didn't notice many frame rate drops. I am enjoying the game tremendously.

Remedy released a masterpiece that effectively ties into Alan Wake.

Lol no this is a major inconvenience. And plenty of news sites and twitter are saying the same thing.

You fail to realize the PC System specs for the game. They are quite higher than others released in 2019, ( then they were lowered a little bit but still higher than average for GPU).

I'm much deeper into the game now. I must say, I am LOVING some of the puzzles. Reminds me when TR used to be more challenging.
