Okay, can someone besides Greenapple please post a video of either failing the challenge or completing the challenge? Please?

This is pretty easy actually. When I am speedrunning the game, I ignore all of the enemies in the valley. The only ones that are any trouble are the velociraptors in tight spaces.

@ egypt_gypsie: So you've never been stomped or bitten by the T-Rex?

I've just reached The Lost Valley in my current save so I'm going to attempt this soon (and other Lost Valley related trophies). I went through the game just for fun when the remasters came out and now I'm having another run for trophies.

I just did this challenge and its easy, I guess you might not know how the Trex AI works right?

Well, it's a large enemy, so only when lara is on an open space it will try to target her. For this challenge my last cog picked up was the one in the "temple" with water where 2 raptors come from. I try to lure the t-rex staying on the lowest stair step (use remaster mode to see the t-rex coming from far), then I jump on the balcony that goes to the bridge cog, travel inside the path, and come out the other side next to the bridge. On this area, facing the bridge, slide to your right, and turn off remaster version (F1 on pc) this way you can see the log that may block lara traversing. Then run-and-jump towards the exit. At this point, the t-rex should've reached you, climb up and heal. Then continue the level as is...

I just did it too. I did the ledge cog first, the water cog second, and the rope bridge cog third. The only trouble I had was leaving the valley. The t-rex caught and killed me once right at the entrance. 2nd time I got through.

Clearly nobody except me has done the challenge playing the original 1996 version of the game. It's okay though, I understand how it might scare some people to go for the challenge without the help from the TR Remasters modes.

NOT when I'm too scared to fight the T.Rex on NewGame+!
