Lost Valley challenge. Don't shoot the T-Rex

I have done it with the remaster and the original version of the game. I usually jump straight into the pool below the waterfall, get that cog, kill the velociraptor in there, and then go to the temple, ignore those velociraptors and the rex, get that cog, then go to the bridge, get that cog, then just run/jump back to the entrance. The only time I actually have to interact with the rex is when I initially run past him.

However, I have also done it running straight to the temple, then getting the bridge cog, then the cog high up in the cave.

Rex is a big slow dummy, not hard to avoid him.

If you were to ask me to do this challenge with the Atlanteans, THEN that might be a challenge.

@ egypt_gypsie: I just played Core Era Tomb Raider: The Lost Valley; and it's not that T-Rex is slow, (he/she ran into me more than once)the T-Rex sometimes stops and roars at Lara while he/she is chasing Lara. So the Rex isn't smart but, not necessarily slower than Lara.

This challenge isn't to not kill the T-Rex; it's to not shoot the T-Rex. In my Pacifist Challenges I didn't kill the T-Rex, but I didn't not shoot the T-Rex; I shot the T-Rex at times to try and make it run off so that I'd have distance from it.

I thought that the "don't shoot the T-Rex challenge" would be interesting. Obviously, it isn't.

It didn't appeal to me enough in order for me to try it. You did get some positive feedback though.

Here's an idea for a challenge:

Complete the game while standing on a table on one leg with a saucepan on your head and wave a chicken drumstick in the air with your secondary hand (the controller will be in your primary hand) while singing "I'm Sexy And I Know It" in German.

Anyone fancy giving this challenge a try?

Well, you'll have one foot on the table and that foot will have to stay there. However, your other foot will be available. I suppose that you can use this foot to do keepie-uppies with vases.
