Honestly they should have just made Amelia latina in the reboot. Would be a nice way to reference and fold the Lara Croft/Laura Cruz thing

Survivor Lara is more racially ambiguous than ever. It's not just skin colour that defines race. Whilst Classic Lara looked like a white woman, Survivor Lara looks like a South American mestiza. Her mother Amelia Croft in Survivor looks like the typical Brazilian woman with Guaraní ancestry.

They did. I never played the horrendous Survivor games, but judging by the screenshots Amelia Croft looks Brazilian.

The rigging on a lot of the models are also completely botched on some versions of the game. I'm not sure if it's all the next gen versions, but I remember the 360 had multiple outfits where Lara's lips were merged together and didn't move correctly, I want to say it was the special forces, and the suit outfits.

It's kind of crazy how for such a small game, they really botched the next gen versions of it.
I know!!!

The messy rigging job on certain outfits has always bothered me, but apparently whoever handled the rigging process during the LAU trilogy (i.e. weight painting etc.) was very sloppy in general because modders have also been complaining about the low quality effort they put into rigging Underworld's DLC costumes as well.

I've never played the Xbox 360 version of Legend, unfortunately, but from the videos I could find some things seem to work as they're supposed to. The "Legend, Black" costume, for example, doesn't have that shiny purple glow to it that the Nextgen PC and PS3 versions have (skip to 0:21).

Now the PS3 version (0:53):

I'd love to know how the PS3 version of Legend came to be because it's like a blend of the X360 version and PC with Nextgen on. The wet/dirt effect is seemingly present on most outfits, but there are also those that either have one or the other. Amanda, for example, lacks both -- maybe she always did on all Nextgen versions, but I can't say that for certain.

Also, the "Winter, No Coat" preview displaying Lara's old gen model issue is present in all next gen versions.
