As pixstr22 and trviewer and fexmerger are all Tr5 Incompatible and cause flipmaps to corrupt- leaving many levels incompletable.
Maybe woops decompiled and recompiled it? They are essentially decompiling the whole TR5 at this point (I think if im not mixing up someone) and perhaps found a way to change stuff.

Ooh, I didn't know about that cool eerie lighting effect in Ireland, that does so much for the atmosphere

Don't forget about the missing particle effects on the portal at the end of Trajan's Markets:

The missing lighting effects are most evident in ireland levels, but this problem occurs in the entire game as well, like lara and some objects don't interacting to lighting sources.

Yeah, I've noticed before those colorful effects on portal at trajan's market, as well. Pretty cool. Also, inside the portal, there was supposed to be moving shinning effects on walls, similar to what the water produces ("waving").

Though I haven’t studied it much yet, just comparing TR4 and 5, it seems like in TR5 they simply deleted a big chunk of the lighting code, for some reason. I’m not sure yet, but it can probably be decompiled from TR4 and back into 5 in the future.

As for the portal effect, it will need more time :v

Can we download this skybox fix that you did or is it a WIP project that'll be released in the future?

You’ve done a great job fixing those messy skyboxes Woops I’m excited to see whatever else you will be able to do for Chronicles on PC

I guess that answers something I've always wondered about. There's alot of tiles in the game where Lara just goes full-bright for a split second that I always found odd.
