Is the resolution still capped at 1080p, or can I finally play TR1 in 4K?

Yes, finally! That's the one thing that annoys me the most when playing TR I or Chronicles: That I have to go to the menu to switch weapons.

The other improvements also sound awesome! Hopefully we'll be able to play this soon!

Out of curiosity. In TR2 and later, the running jump is much more responsive. Lara jumps instantly rather than waiting for the footstep animation to finish before jumping.

With this new project, how hard would it be to make TR1 engine respond to the jump button just as smoothly?

Probably with the implementation of DX9, you will be able to play it in 4K. Just a guess though, can any dev confirm?

If I understood it correctly, the game's output resolution is your desktop resolution (for example 4K). The internal resolution (the one all the calculations are done with) seems to be clamped at 800x600. I may be mistaken though - that's just how I interpret the settings.

If we integrate TR2Main engine (not ready yet) there will be no "internal" resolution. Internal resolution is a problem of wrappers like glRage or dgVoodoo. Still trying to find a spare time.

Awesome.. Just downloaded and it runs like a dream

How do we turn on/off the extra features? ie not show enemy bars, or how to enable door and fly cheats?
