Dreamcast is 640 x 480, same as PS2

Not even finished, why?

TR1 has been attempts for Dreamcast since OpenLara but that has been difficult for optimization too (I *think* it's PC version base)

Not quite. PS1 had several video modes. TR3 (and by extension, my version of The Lost Artifact) uses 512x240.

Sure why not. And I could imagine if Core Design ever developed TR3 for the Dreamcast game console, they'll add all the Peru levels after when they built up Run the Gauntlet to present it out there at E3 1998
