Question

Hello, I'm remaking the Times Exclusive Covers for can have them in HD, but I need help

Where I could find this image in HD? I used it but looks pixeled

It's as this but without Lara.

And where I could get the promotional screens from back cover with good quality?

I have done this, but is W.I.P. When I'll finish I'll release for all us

PS: I couldn't find the Original "PC CD" Logo, for that reason I remade it

Cheers

Sorry but I do not have any of the renders.

Just out of curiosity, why are you remaking this?

Looks good though, very authentic. Well done.

Probably for those who might like a copy of the official cover for the game. A scan does not seem to be available online.

I didn't imply that the exclusive level wasn't available from the website at all, just that the CD version was primarily the way people got hold of it. Downloading stuff like that from the net wasn't really done back then, one of the scans you quoted underlines that with all its talk of "it'll only take 50 minutes to download" and stuff about how much the "call" will cost people and how it'll be cheaper to do it at the weekend.

But the only reason really mentioned it at all was because it seemed as though people thought the CD version was some kind of rarity. It isn't, or it at least it wasn't. Thousands of them were made, my local newsagent (which is in no way a big or busy shop) had at least forty of fifty of them. Most of them have probably been thrown away or used as coasters though.

Arrrgh.... the agony of it... "thrown away or used as coasters"... I'd love to get hold of one of the original CD versions... I've never seen one available on eBay in eight years of hunting collectibles there...

The Times level was not that big, you should have heard all the complaints from the fans who had to download the TR1 Gold levels when they were released as a free download. Some of them were so abusive, it is a wonder Eidos even offered the TR2 levels. By the time The Times level was released a lot of people would have just downloaded it, back then we were used to anything taking ages. And not everyone had the option of getting it from their local newsagent.
