What do you want for season 2 of TR Legend of Lara Croft?

- Maybe reintroduced Von Croy as a colleague from now rather than a mentor from a past.
- If the female billionaire is Natla, they can cast Grey DeLisle again.
- Full time dual pistols, with some bow sometimes if they want.
- Jonah to take a backseat.
- A flashback about how Zip and Lara met for the first time.
- A link between Sam and Nishimura San from Legend.
- End with Bigfoot or Calcutta if there is a need for a closure.
- No family or Roth except small mentions.

Since it seems possible that Natla could be introduced in S2, how does everyone feel about that?

I love the idea of seeing her make a come back, but I'm not sure how I feel about Lara meeting her before TR1. On one hand, it could cheapen/make TR1's story make less sense if Lara is allowing herself to be hired by someone who she was at odds with previously. But at the same time, TRA Pierre's line of "you seek everything she does, that is why you are not trusted" would make much more sense if Lara went after an artefact Natla wanted before the Scion.

I think it's something that could work, but only if Lara didn't discover it was Natla behind it all. Like Natla only shows up "behind the scenes" so-to-speak, kinda like the Cabal scenes of AOD, where only the audience is privy to what is happening.

When I first read the description, I thought Sophia fit it as well. But then... Lara doesn't seem to know her in TR3 ("Who is she? What does she do?"), although Sophia recognizes Lara straight away ("Ah, Miss Croft!") even though the two of them had never met (I'd always assumed classic Lara was famous enough for strangers to recognize her + her death even made the news).

This is perhaps my biggest pet peeve with the storyline. If there ever was a time to tie in Amanda, Von Croy, and other key canon events that took place prior to the events of TR1, it was yesterday. We don't need brand new lore revolving around the Reboot cast, especially when it's at the expense of screentime that could've been devoted to more interesting and important characters from the other games. And rest assured, anime Sam will contradict everything the comic books had established, so there'll be new discrepancies introduced. The inability to keep track of even the reboot lore is astounding. LoLC is like a fanfic by an author who cherry-picks random elements they like, and discards the rest no matter if it makes sense or not.

And how much are y'all willing to bet Lara won't fight Bigfoot by the end season 2? The series will most likely end with Lara teaching the evil billionaire lady the importance of friendship and returning artifacts to their rightful owners.

Exactly. I am very worried about this second season, if creative risks arent taken this will be the last we will ever see of Lara on Netflix. I want the next season to end either exactly when Lara kills bigfoot or when she's contacted by Pierre and Larson for the philosopher's stone but I would hate it if Natla is introduced in the second season as it would be non sensical and extremely contradictory just as fan service like the T Rex in the first season. This new season will suck and it's a shame it was announced.

I'll give you a conclusion.

Sam was on a rampage under control of Himiko (who ultimately wanted to go back to Yamatai and rebuild her kingdom), until Lara stopped her.
Sam ended up in hospital (the very same woman who used her own feces to draw in a mental hospital) and Lara left her with Sam's mother asking her to not let Sam follow her. (because of Trinity)

The conlusion is, that Sam surely had to go back to a mental hospital, and had to take -some - responsibilty for Himiko's crimes. In other words, she is probably behind bars, or is about to get out. If not because of Himiko, then when she was arrested for assault. (which happened when she still was in control, but Himiko's influence was getting stronger)

I have to check it, but if my memory serves me right, the drawings were either black or brown..also her room had nothing in it, only her bed.
Either way, she was in a mental hospital, (even if one of them was Trinity controlled) she was deemed mentally unfit for a trial. I find it highly unlikely that she's doing whatever now, especially working overseas. That would be very surreal even in Lara's universe.

I don't wanna see Jonah or Reyes getting kidnapped at the end of season 3 nor do I want to see any characters being "reimagined" simply because the showrunner liked the voice actor's irl personality.
