Default Tomb Raider Anniversary 10th Edition Remastered

Saber Interactive and Aspyr Media should collaborate on a reimagined version of Tomb Raider Anniversary for its 10th edition. It would be exciting to see them revise the game in their unique style. This could be the first canceled title to make a comeback. What do you think? I hope this happens! If they could fix the game and make it exclusive to the Switch, iPhone, and Android, that would be awesome! It would be sufficient for the remaster to be released on those platforms without needing to be available on all systems.

Honestly, I'm a bit sick of TR1. I'd prefer them to create a game in this style, with similar visuals and gameplay with new storylines. CD will have to do something for the classic fans after the final round of Core's remastered games materialise. It seems logical to approach in this way.

Ofc bringing this back would be a beautiful gift to the fans all the same, but having two remakes of TR1 is a bit boring, give us something new.

I agree with Bashar

They could replicate the TRU graphic, which is cartoony and beautiful, in new games with a classic theme

Is there any point in releasing it now? The main reason so many people wanted Core's TRAE was because TR1 was outdated at the time and Crystal's Anniversary wasn't the faithful remake they were hoping for.

Now that Saber and Aspyr have remastered TR1 for modern consoles it has rendered TRAE obsolete.

Why do you think exclusivity is a good thing? These three platforms are by no means the most popular platforms for TR fans to use.

A wild idea. What about a secret code in (a hypothetical) TRA remastered that would unlock 3 secret levels from TRAE ?

TR1 Remastered is what Anniversary should have been, even though it retains the old mechanics and level design.

It would be better if some studio (not Crystal!) would just create entirely new adventures in the style and spirit of the originals by using the remastered engine or something easier to work with.

I second this.

No more TR1 remakes, please.

Give us new games in the line of the Classic Series.

In my opinion, TRAE was something not many people or the general gamers even know about and it was replaced with TR Anniversary the world knows today. Nobody apart from the fandom would be attracted towards this unknown game since it had no original release. So Saber remastering LAU for 2026 would be the right thing they can do since these are the officially released games known to the players generally.
