Doesn't suits her imo. And having a tan isnt 100% realistic; maybe Lara's the kind that only gets sunburns but not tans? :P

I think Lara's skin is perfect the way it is, not too pale, not too tan. But just right.

Yeah this too , not all people really get the 'tan' on their skin because of long periods under the sun .

It would only be realistic for warm, sunny locations though. Lara wouldn't realistically sport a tan in say Siberia or London. The bookish reboot Lara is probably also spending lots of time reading books and doing research.

I like the way the classic renders alternately shows her both with a tan and pale as a ghost. I think that's the realistic way to go about it given her occupation.

I thought there were others (I'll see if I can find any) but maybe I remember it wrong, but most renders shows her in her natural pale state yeah.

She's north European, so she goes from pale to red.

There are a couple of tan ones from TR1, but they are not nearly as extreme as that one TR2 render. I can't post them due to new forum rules though, but I quick google search will find them.
