Women from britain (and ireland) can tan pretty easily, I don't see how it's unrealistic however I can considering lara is mostly in snow in ROTTR so it doesn't matter.
You'd have to be super pale (like myself) to just burn.

I prefer her with a yellow undertone to her skin and more of a tan rather than pale pinkness. Just a preference though.

) with tan. Her skin is quite photorealistic and the lighting in the game contributes to that.
