It wasn't "made after TRAE" only because it was released after TRAE was cancelled. Video games aren't made shortly before release, especially when they're made with a completely new engine. And Free Running (not Freerunner) was released in 2007, just a bit more than one year after the first TRAE trailer got leaked. Free Running started development before TRAE, the Core guys thought that it was funny if they put a Lara model into that game and they liked it so much that they started using the Free Running engine and some of its assets to create TRAE.

Why removing it ?

From the Tomb of ashes site it looks like only about 3000 people were interested enough to see the page of it.

Archive page had a lot more views I think. Anyways there's nothing to worry about at the moment, it will go back up. It's being taken care of

TRAE files are back up, with the help of Square Enix apparently so the files shouldn't be at any risk anymore.
