Right now I finishing the actor tool (I'll be working on him more) - now you can add the character and animation files auto from this tool. You can change the playable actor without using the \char folder trick and you can change between Kurtis and Lara animations. Other stuff is the support of ps2 version (btw for this you will need a hacked ps2 ). Here're pictures:
EDIT: Now you can change the actor start position and delete files. DOWNLOAD Note: This tool work only with the folders inside the archive, without them it'll get crash. The levels are in the data\maps directory but they're .clz compressed and you'll need Clz Xpander to uncompress them. My tool work with them.

This is great. Bu I am having problems with the map tool. It is saying that the level is corrupted.
Anyway. I don't know if this is too much too ask. But could anyone use the map tool to take pictures from the following places... 1-Cabal meeting cutscene. Maybe more of the building is visible. 2- Elevator shaft in the Maximum containtment area. I am curious too see if there is anything above. Maybe it will show up on the map file. 3- Big gate with the with the cop in the Parisian backstreets. (there are a lot of invisible objects in that area. Again they might be visible here. 4-Louvre levels and Cutscenes. (Old toilet exit might be visible in the cutscene map) -Second part of the cutscene with Bouchard -Assasin dead cutscene.Front and the back part of the Werners building. (This is the same place as the big gate in Parisian ghetto. I really want to look at this area.) And the back part of the building is also another area in the secret training area.) The rest of them are not that important but still worth checking.... -------------------------------------------- 5-Tomb of Ancients Hall of Seasons. Brother Obscuras Tomb. (Some of the beta stuff might be visible. ) 6- Derelict Apartment Block. I wonder if there is anything behind the first door? Other beta stuff in the garden might be visible. 7- Vault Of Trophies. Painting area is connected to the Boaz returns area. And there are strange things in the corridors. 8- Francines apartment flat. There might be something behind the second door. 9- Sanitorium level. There might be beta alternate routes that are still visible. 10-Biodome Jammed door just before the end of the level. 11- Kurtis Lara cutscene. I want to see where Eckhartd and Karel are talking.
