TR Underworld Weird fullscreen effects problem

Hello!
Anyone knows whats this about? And a way to resolve the problem?
Fullscreen effects ON

its very blurry and i even see some weird stripes evenly across the screen

nvidia 2060 , win10x64 Ambient oc On(high) nvidia inspector

ok, stripes seem to be caused by AA higher then x2 in game conf
