Honestly I think that they have already found their Lara. Alicia is great. She was pretty bad ass.

Alicia is perfect but I have a feeling they'll want to walk away from the reboots and she was part and partial to them.

I think there are so many great actresses out there they could go with but Alicia will always hold a special place for me with playing Lara.

If the wanted to go a more diverse route with the character I could see Ana DeArmas who was already mentioned but I could also get behind someone like Nathalie Emmanuel or Naomi Scott.

Hopefully not. I wouldn't be opposed to someone sensual like Sophia Vergara in the Visa Ad, but please no race bending. Make a alternate universe, Tomb Raider into the Tombverse and then sure it could work.

Lara is a white hot intelligent witty daredevil woman, she should remain the same.

Angelina Jolie, Alicia Vikander... It is not to belittle, but there is a legacy. Only A List actress, please.

I prefer the role of Lara Croft to remain something prestigious that only great actresses play (like Batman, like James Bond).

I am not sure about the legacy aspect, but yeah. I would love for another top of the line actress to take the mantle if Alicia is out.

She is but the problem is that if they stick with her, they'll be stuck with the 2018 movie continuity and that film's story was... not great. I'd rather they do sth fresh and that will unfortunately mean recasting Lara.

The point is she might be able to do it, she did a lot with what she was given with that role

Also Phoebe WB doesn't look much like Lara but after watching some of her show I fell in love with her facial expressions. She does not just rely on talking to the camera directly as a crutch, she has creatively and wordlessly expressed thoughts and emotions in various ways so far and I'm only a few episodes in

I honestly hope (maybe even.. think?) that Phoebe will direct a great rendition of Lara
