There are places to download the needed DLC files if you search on Google, if you are not above such a thing.

You Need to dump the dlc via usb on Xbox storage data or find cracked version online for JTAG Versions. If u so choose

(since the latest BIG xenia update.)

Also, audio glitches out immediately. (like 0.1 sec audio repeating, literally you can't hear anything else)

I no longer have Xenia setup on my PC to check. Just shared the notification I got from github from that thread. I see you asked the person about their configuration so I guess we have to wait and see.
