You'd probably have to contact the video author for that information, then recompile the PSX image file and such. Looks like they made a few edits across the beta to make certain slots accessible

Yes which is possible how I can fix this whole version to add in all of those missing triggers from using the hexeditor. So do you know if there is a list of things I can do to fix it? I know with some levels the game will crash if we attempt to play some scene during the gameplay. So what are the things I can do to fix by adding in the missing triggers in this version?

I believe that the music track "Stone the Crow 7" in Oct. 5th build is an extended version compared to the one in retail version. In Temple of Shiva video, when Lara runs past the spike trap, the track is played (at 11:50). And I found this extended audio remained uncut in the end of the bell tower cutscene.

Sorry to bump - but thought this would be better than starting a brand new thread.

Has anyone managed to extract or discover any of the beta textures such as the ones seen in the E3 'Run The Gauntlet' level or the ECTS builds?

I tried opening some of the beta .img file and can't actually 'view' whats inside - usually you'd see data, audio folders etc with the .TR2 files in them.

I found that the ECTS demo has .psx data inside. Since they're older files from a PSX and an earlier build, it could be more difficult to open them.

Just out of curiosity, what would your interest in those textures be?

I'm having a try at recreating some areas from this E3 build.

I know others have done the same in the past, and Dustie did an amazing recreation - but sadly there hasn't been much information since the trailer around 3 years ago.

I've tried making some textures myself, and its kinda close. Dustie had textures which were perfect, almost as if somewhere the files exist (though that's speculation at best)
